Why Alice Mushrooms is Healf
Alice Mushrooms was founded by Lindsay Goodstein and Charlotte Cruze with the goal of making mushroom-based products part of an enjoyable daily ritual. The brand creates chocolate treats that combine organic mushrooms with other carefully selected ingredients, focusing on taste, quality, and consistency. Alice Mushrooms also supports wider causes by donating a portion of profits to The Hope Project and contributing to psychedelic research through the Microdosing Collective.

Did not work at all
Total waste of time and money. After lying awake for 4 hours, I finally took some of my regular sleeping tablets and fell asleep. Snake oil.
