Suggested use
Take 1 Tribiotic capsule daily for the first 2 weeks. Then, increase to the full daily dose of 2 capsules. Our formula was created for women as an all-in-one blend of pre, pro, and postbiotics for daily microbiome support.

    I honestly swear by this now! I've suffered with Crohn's disease since I was young, bloating and pain has been the hardest symptoms to live with. Since taking Tribiotic by Arrea for a few months, I've seen a genuinely huge improvement — the bloating has almost completely disappeared, and my bowel movements have improved so much too. I can't go a day without it now. It's honestly been life-changing for me. One thing I'd say to anyone trying it: give it time. I did notice a difference fairly quickly, but don't expect miracles in the first couple of weeks — the real, lasting improvement comes if you stick with it. Don't give up too soon, it's worth the patience.
