Oxymel Kraft is a traditional wild herb infusion of raw blossom honey, cloudy Demeter apple cider vinegar and four native wild herbs: ground elder, nettle, dandelion and red clover. Gently stirred over several weeks and never heated, so all constituents are preserved in raw-food quality. Fresh and herbal in taste, ideal as a morning ritual or a refresher during exercise.

Suggested use
It's simple: mix one tablespoon (10ml) of 'Ruhe' with a glass of water, stir and you're done! Your Oxymel also tastes great in another drink of your choice - try it with cloudy apple juice, for example. Please do not heat your Oxymel above 38 degrees, as this destroys important nutrients.
