Each bar is low in sugar, with just 1 g per bar, low in carbohydrates, and high in fibre, providing 12 g per bar. Made with pea and pumpkin seed proteins, it’s designed to offer strong nutrition without excess carbs or sweetness.
Free from artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, and added sugar, this bar keeps things simple. Finished with a smooth chocolate layered with rich caramel and a subtle touch of sea salt, it delivers a rich, satisfying bite when you want something that feels like a treat but works hard nutritionally.
Not the best tasting but minimal ingredients and high protein. Very dry. . i thought there would be a bit of gooey caramel from the description/pics. I don’t particularly enjoy these but they help with protein goal when I am out and about and can’t make something nice to eat
Maybe its a vegan bar thing being dry. They are certainly the least worst vegan bar ive tried.
I love form protein powder so was excited to try their bars, but I’m really disappointed, they are very dry and chalky in taste, will stick to the powder in future.
I love these, so good have swapped them out for another bar. They don't replace real food but in an emergency they are great.

I was really pleasantly surprised by these protein bars as I’ve tried lots of gluten and dairy free bars and they taste dry and chalky. These were really good! There are others with more minimal and better ingredients list so it’s not the best out there.
